Dreams: A Closer Look
What if I told you dreams are spiritual directional devices, designed to help guide our path through life, keep us from danger, provide answers to prayers and help us see the future?

There is much misinformation about dreams that makes people weary of dream interpretation. Still, if you look at it from a Christian perspective, virtually every significant biblical event was preceded by a dream or vision.
​
I'm not a doctor, but my initials are M.D. For over 40 years I've been helping everyday people open their minds to what dreams truly are - a delivery vessel designed to give us practical, everyday spiritual guidance.
Why a Christian Perspective?
In the 1990’s I did a weekly TV program on a small station out of Martinsville, VA that covered Henry County, VA and Rockingham County, NC. People would call and tell me their dreams which I would interpret. The name of the program was Dream Weaver, from the Gary Wright song of the 1970’s. I consider this some of my most valuable work.

Many people are hesitant to explore dream interpretation. Curious about what it might mean, but unsure where exactly that falls in terms of their faith due to the expanded concept of dream interpretation that we see in today's society. We forget that dreams were the most frequent method God employed to communicate with his people throughout biblical history and still does today.
Dreams Guidance from Within...A Christian Perspective helps you understand the practical guidance coming nightly through your dreams. Career choices, romantic relationships, spiritual guidance, and encounters with deceased loved ones are areas covered in this book.
My whole purpose in doing this work is to tell people that they can receive personal, practical guidance from their
dreams, and they do not need an advanced degree to learn about and interpret their dreams. I want to create a community together that we can feel comfortable talking about, exploring and learning from our dreams.

Taught classes on dreams and spiritual experiences at Rockingham Community College from 1995-2000.

Periodically taught dream and near-death experience classes at Leaksville United Methodist Church (Eden) and Christ United Methodist Church (Greensboro.)
